What’s your return policy?
Return any of our products–no questions asked–within 30 days of purchase. If the oil is opened, we cannot take it back. If it is open due to a broken seal or bottle, please put back in the tube and send it for replacement. Add an email with your order number on the package and in your email.
Do you ship overseas and to P.O. boxes?
Yes, we’ll ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries.

What is your Oil Standard? Are your oils Organic?
Yes, our oils are fully Organic and go through a rigorous protocol called E.O.B.B.D, with a 14 step process that starts from the seed, farm, and all the way through the entire processing of the plant material to the oil to the manufacturing and packaging. Where are your oils from?
We source our oils straight from EOBBD standardized farms from around the world, and we choose to pick oils that are made in natural environments, ensuring the highest quality oil possible.
How do you know what oil is best for me?
Due to the current laws, we can’t tell you to use this oil for that symptom. Usually, your intuition will guide you towards the right oil, meaning if you chose by number or color that calls you, you will most likely find the right oil for your current state.
Are your oils safe for Skin Use? Are they edible?
By law, we have to recommend to dilute the oil for massage or skin use, and not to take oils internally. Our oils are therapeutic grade and organic. It’s your call.
